Bropanda World Cup Travel Festival Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period: 24 June 2026 to 20 July 2026

1. Campaign Period

   This campaign runs from 24 June 2026 to 20 July 2026 ("Campaign Period").

2. Eligibility

   This campaign is open to all individuals aged 18 and above worldwide. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How To Participate

   To be eligible for winner selection, participants must during the Campaign Period:

   1. Download the Bropanda app and login via Gmail, Facebook, or Google account.

   2. Follow the official Bropanda social media account.

   3. Like and share the campaign post.

   4. Comment on the post based on the weekly theme.

   5. Tag at least one friend in the comments.

   Participants may optionally leave an honest review of their experience on the App Store or Google Play. Reviews do not affect winner selection and are collected solely for feedback purposes.

   Participants may also optionally try the Bropanda eSIM service using free credits, and maintain consistent engagement throughout all rounds of the campaign.

4. Winner Selection

   Winners will be selected by a panel appointed by Bropanda based on participation quality, creativity, engagement, relevance to the campaign theme, community contribution, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results. Winners may be selected from all official Bropanda social media platforms.

   Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. Bropanda reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Prizes shown in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Models, colours and specifications may vary depending on availability.

   Any taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges arising from the acceptance or delivery of prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

   Physical prizes will be shipped to winners where legally permitted. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs requirements. Bropanda shall not be responsible for delays, loss, damage, customs clearance issues, or import restrictions imposed by local authorities.

5. Promo Code

   All participants who complete the required steps will receive access to promo code BROPANDA20, which entitles the holder to 20% off all Bropanda eSIM plans across all countries. The code must be redeemed by 20 July 2026. Once redeemed, the discount is valid for 6 months. The promo code is for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred.

6. Bropanda Community Ambassador 2026

   The Bropanda Community Ambassador 2026 award will be granted to one or more participants who demonstrate outstanding community participation, consistent engagement throughout the campaign, positive contribution to the Bropanda community, and strong alignment with Bropanda's values and brand image. Selected ambassadors will be offered the opportunity to become a Bropanda Ambassador for up to one year, subject to mutual agreement and successful completion of onboarding requirements. Selected ambassadors may receive collaboration opportunities, travel benefits, eSIM sponsorships, and future campaign opportunities. Selection as an Ambassador does not constitute employment, agency, partnership, or any guarantee of future compensation.

   Bropanda reserves the right to determine the number of ambassadors selected and the final terms of any ambassador arrangement.

7. Winner Notification

   Winners will be announced on Bropanda's official social media channels following the conclusion of the tournament. Winners will be contacted via the social media account used to participate. If a winner does not respond within 2 days of notification, Bropanda reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. eSIM Credits

   USD100 and USD5 eSIM Credits are in-app credits awarded to winners' Bropanda accounts. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Credits are valid for use within the Bropanda app only.

9. Disqualification

   Bropanda reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: uses fake or duplicate accounts; submits spam, offensive, or irrelevant content; engages in any fraudulent activity; or otherwise violates these Terms & Conditions.

10. Privacy

    By participating in this campaign, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data by Bropanda for the purposes of administering this campaign. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Bropanda's Privacy Policy. Winners' names and social media handles may be published on Bropanda's official channels for announcement purposes.

11. Platform Disclaimer

    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Apple, or any social media platform. Any questions or complaints regarding this promotion should be directed to Bropanda and not to any social media platform.

12. General

    This promotion is independently organized by Bropanda and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, or any football governing body. No betting, prediction, or gambling activities are involved in this campaign. Bropanda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Bropanda reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, Bropanda's decision shall be final and binding.
